Hosted by the Government of the Philippines, organized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) and supported by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) , United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and Provincial and City Governments of Iloilo.

Registration is accepted only via the online registration platform. Payment of all fees must be made in full through the online payment system or by bank transfer. Participants opting to pay via bank transfer should contact the EAS Congress 2018 Secretariat for the complete banking details. Participants shall shoulder all related bank charges when paying through bank transfer. Registration will close on October 19, 2018. Afterwards, the registration to the conference is only possible on-site at the registration desk paid by cash.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, fifty (50%) percent of the registration fee can be refunded if made on or before August 15, 2018. No refund will be given for cancellations made after this date. Cancellations must be given in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the Congress Secretariat at the earliest opportunity.
Programme Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme, date and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
Liability
Participants are required to comply with the rules and regulations governing the applicable venue and/or accommodation. The participants shall insure and keep insured any property they bring onto the venue and/or the accommodation, and any such property is brought onto, or left, at the venue and/or the accommodation at their own risk.
The Organizers accept no responsibility for any damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. Participants are advised to arrange for their own travel and health insurance.
Data Protection
The information given to the Organizers by the participants will be recorded in a database for administration purposes. The Organizers may share this information with service providers (e.g., hotels) for purposes of fulfilling the participants’ booking.
Unless the Organizers receive a written request in advance from a participant confirming that they do not want to share their contact information, a list of all delegates, their affiliation institutions and Email addresses may only be included in the participants’ kits and on lists of participants.
