REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Registration is accepted only via the online registration platform. Please note that everyone who wants to attend the conference or exhibition must register. The online registration is open on May 12, 2018 and will close on October 30, 2018. Afterwards, the registration to the conference is only possible on-site at the registration desk paid by cash.
Options for Payment are as follows:
- Via telegraphic transfer (Please contact the Secretariat for the complete banking details. Participants shall shoulder all related bank charges when paying through telegraphic transfer)
- Via online payment
- By cheque payment (Please contact the Secretariat)

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Fifty (50%) percent of the registration fee can be refunded for cancellations made on or before September 15, 2018. No refund will be given for cancellations made after this date.
