Iloilo City can be reached on direct flights from major Philippine cities including Manila, Cebu, and Davao (see the list of flights below). Direct international flights are also available from Hong Kong and Singapore to the Iloilo Airport. By plane, travel time to Iloilo takes around 1 hour from Manila, 30 minutes from Cebu, 2 hours and 30 minutes from Hong Kong, and 3 hours and 30 minutes from Singapore.
As domestic flights to or from Iloilo may sometimes encounter delays, delegates who will have flight transfers are requested to ensure at least a 4-hour lay over between your flights (i.e., international flight Manila- domestic flight Iloilo- international flight Manila; international flight Cebu-domestic flight Iloilo-international flight Cebu)
